For professional property managers

Client Property Management

Manage properties on behalf of multiple owners or clients, with each client’s portfolio and access kept separate.

Work across clients and properties

Keep clients and owners separate while your team works across their Residential and Commercial properties. A Site can group buildings for day-to-day work; client, property, Site and team scopes determine which records staff can reach.

Clients and Sites

See each client's managed properties and group buildings into optional Sites without merging their records.

Day-to-day work

Update authorised property information, items, documents, work and maintenance from the live record.

People and providers

Keep provider details, and invite contractors to a managed property with controlled access.

One live record, with clear ownership

The owner and authorised manager see the same live property record. Nothing is copied or synchronised. The owner remains the owner; the manager handles permitted day-to-day operations, while ownership transfer, property funding and other ownership-sensitive controls remain with the owner.

When management ends, the manager's access ends and the property's items, documents, work and history remain with the property. Client contacts and other manager-private company information stay with the managing organisation. For how to keep these records day to day, see client property records for managers.

Ways to start and end management

Owner or manager starts

An owner can appoint a manager, or a manager can request access for an owner to approve.

Owner not online yet

A manager can create an unclaimed record for an offline owner. It needs its own funded property plan before editing; the owner can later claim it by invitation.

Funding and ending

The owner or manager can fund a managed property's plan. Either side can end active management; the property record is retained.
