How the company workspace fits together
Overview and Properties
See linked Residential and Commercial properties, current attention and routes into each property record.
Sites
Optionally group buildings for work across a location. A Site does not provide property capacity; each building remains its own property record.
Plant & Equipment
Search and review assets across linked properties, with supported cross-property bulk changes.
Work & Maintenance
Review schedules and completed work across properties while each entry stays with its building.
Providers and Reports
Keep company provider contacts and review factual reports linked back to source records.
Team and Company Record
Manage team roles and the organisation's own particulars, documents, Tools & Equipment and Company Spares.
Every property still requires its own Residential or Commercial property plan.
Hub has no property-count limit. Small, Business and Large share the same features; their company capacity differs.
Linked portfolio
One organisation view across linked property records
Property Management Hub is an optional management layer for your company’s Residential, Commercial and Mixed-use records. It has no property-count limit and does not include property plans: each building needs its own Residential or Commercial plan.
Work & maintenance
See the portfolio without losing the property record
View existing schedules and completed work across linked properties. Every entry still belongs to its property record. For the method behind it, see how to track maintenance across multiple properties.
- Portfolio overview. Review linked properties and current factual attention across the organisation.
- Work & maintenance. View existing schedules and completed work across linked properties.
Assets and providers
Search what is installed, and who looks after it
Search existing asset registers and linked provider contacts across the workspace.
Company Record
The organisation’s own record
Alongside linked properties, the Company Record holds what belongs to the organisation itself: its particulars, tools with service and calibration dates, spares stock, company documents and QR labels for tools.
Reports
Organisation reports
Use factual reports that link back to the original property, work and asset records.
Ownership
The record remains with its owner
Each property keeps its own record and ownership. Property Management Hub only provides an organisation-level view over approved links; property ownership remains with the property owner, and the Hub is a separate optional add-on.
Owner-approved links
A property joins a workspace only when its owner approves the link.
Ending a link keeps the record
When a link ends, the property record and its history stay with the owner.
Workspace controls
Team roles and controlled property linking help an organisation work across connected records while the property record remains the source of its own data and history.
Property Management Hub
Bring your linked records into one workspace
Small starts at £14.99/month or £149/year. Hub is optional, has no property-count limit and does not include property plans. All tiers share the same features; only company capacity changes.
