Can I change capacity later?
Yes. Increase your Residential, Commercial, Storage or Items/assets capacity at any time from the account Billing area — increases apply immediately, and reductions take effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I reach my allowance?
MyPropertyRecord shows when your current capacity is reached and guides you toward adding more. Nothing is ever silently added or charged for beyond what you've chosen.
Are contractors charged?
Contractors are free to use MyPropertyRecord when invited to work with a property.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Annual billing uses the real annual price shown here — billing annually usually costs less overall.
What happens if I cancel?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the account Billing area.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Larger portfolios above the self-service threshold are asked to contact us for tailored pricing. The portfolio counts you've already entered are preserved with your enquiry.
