Property plans · Management tools
Compare the property records and management layers.
Each property needs its own Residential or Commercial plan. Hub and Client Property Management add management tools without including property plans.
Product comparison
One property record foundation, with the right level of operational detail

Frequently asked questions
What is MyPropertyRecord?
It is the permanent digital record for a property: what is installed, maintained, inspected and changed, together with the supporting documents and history.
Who owns the property record?
The property owner owns the property record. The record is organised around the property rather than around a single user.
What happens when a property changes owner?
The owner can transfer the record to the next owner’s MyPropertyRecord account. When the transfer is accepted, the property record and its non-private history continue with the property.
What is the difference between Residential and Commercial Record?
Both keep the core property record. Commercial Record adds recorded operational asset detail such as asset references, condition, criticality, commissioning, lifecycle and the Commercial property report.
What does Property Management Hub do?
It provides an organisation-level view across approved linked Residential, Commercial and Mixed-use property records, including portfolio work, assets, providers and factual reports.
Do management plans include property plans?
No. Every property needs its own Residential or Commercial plan. Property Management Hub and Client Property Management add management tools, not free property subscriptions.
What is Client Property Management for?
It helps professional managers work across properties for multiple owners or clients, with each client's portfolio and access kept separate. Its tiers count active managed-property relationships and include Hub capacity.
Does Property Management Hub own a linked property?
No. Property Management Hub is a management layer. Property ownership remains with the property owner.
Do contractors automatically gain access?
No. Contractor access is explicitly invited and controlled on the property record; linking a property to Property Management Hub does not grant access automatically.
Does MyPropertyRecord determine legal compliance?
No. It records factual property information, dates, documents and history. It does not determine legal compliance or what applies to a particular property.
How do documents and work history stay with the property?
They are recorded against the property and remain with its record through an accepted ownership transfer, except documents marked private by the previous owner.
Can Residential properties use Property Management Hub?
Yes. Property Management Hub can bring approved linked Residential, Commercial and Mixed-use property records together. It does not change the property’s type or record.
